The building is located in Filter Square and was built in 1912. Originally the building was used as a factory / warehouse. It was converted to apartments and now is a condominium.
The façade restoration included masonry and concrete repairs. Removal of the existing wall and cornice coating system. Brick pointing, window sealant removal and replacement. Installation of a fully reinforced waterproof coating system at the cornice. Building cleaning and installing new wall coating to the brick and concrete.
