The 12 story building was built in 1900.
The façade repairs included removal and replacement of deteriorated concrete facade. Removal and replacement of building sealant joints, building cleaning and installation of elastomeric wall coating system to the building. The parking garage repairs included concrete deck repairs, sealant removal and replacement, structural steel installation and deck coating installation.
